I thought your love was addicting like a needle in the arm
I was the reason for your sin and the flaunting in your charm
My mind is playing tricks on me; don’t know what’s going on
I thought this would last, but we didn’t make it too far

Keep all your money your gonna need all the help you can get
How you gonna explain to your boys how you got beat up by a chick
I gave you my heart and you told me that you wouldn’t break it
Promises are broken when you don’t tell the truth lets face it

You love then leave me, what’s going through your head
We had something special instead I was mislead
If everything was everything, but everything is over
We could have been each others everything if only we were older

Were does the love go, I don’t know when it’s all said and done
How could I be losing you forever after all the times that were fun
In a dream you were here for a while like the way it used to be
So I keep sleeping just to keep you with me
